WORSHIP

WSCC meets as a congregation to worship the Lord every Sunday morning and evening. We utilize our member's talents to blend our services with praise music and hymns. Plus men share in leading our prayers, and communion meditations.

In accordance with scripture we worship the "Lord in Spirit and Truth".

We are committed to the Word of God in everything we say and do in our worship.

Our Worship service is a casual place where anyone can come and feel welcome. Nursery is available. Restrooms are just out in the hallway. Announcement sheets of activities and Monthly newsletters are available to inform you of the day and the month's activities.

We celebrate communion each Lord's Day as the early Christians in scripture did. We have communion sets at our banner tables as you enter into our worship center. Pick one up and the men will lead you through this step by step in our worship service.

We have a message from God's word each and every Lord's Day, enhanced by the scriptures on the big screen for your assistance. Plus an outline of the morning sermon to aide you in the scriptures and teachings.

We offer an invitation each Sunday morning because we believe in the power of the word and the moving of the Holy Spirit.

We are prepared for baptisms each Lord's Day. We believe the scripture teaches that after a person proclaims Jesus as Lord and Savior they should be baptized into Him as Acts 3:28 and many other scriptures teach. So we are prepared even if you didn't come prepared. We have towels, and clothing to aide you so that you can be baptized immediately upon accept Jesus.

YOUTH

WSCC believes that the youth of our community are of critical importance. In a day and age where young people are inundated with information and various influences, it is critical to help them be anchored in faith. This takes time, investment, service, and mentorship from one generation to the next.

We have some amazing young people here at WSCC that have incredible potential to do wonderful things for Jesus. We also love them deeply and feel the responsibility of looking out for the present needs and future spiritual health.

We have two Youth classes on Sunday Mornings at 9:45 am. One for High School and one for Middle School. Both classes use the latest in technology to reach the youth of today and teach them the principles of God's word that are ever applicable to our lives.

Activities are planned throughout the year to unite this group in fellowship and service of the Lord. Like the annual canoeing trip to the Buffalo River. Our Fall Open Mic night at Trail Head Park in downtown Corinth and more. Plus we believe our adults should model how to serve God to these young people. Thus they get involved in helping out with monthly fellowship meals, trail of treats, popsicle stand, Marley's Market, parade's free concessions, and anything else the church is involved in.

CHILDREN

“Jesus loves the little children” and so do we. We cherish our little ones and seek to make their experiences at church fun and positive as possible in an environment of faith and safety.

We have programs for our children each Sunday as well as a staffed nursery for our infants and toddlers.

Kids Under Construction is the name of our Children’s Sunday School. We have separate class programs to meet the different age group needs. We utilize the latest in technology experiences to teach God's word to them.

Our Junior Church meets during the sermon time on Sunday mornings to further develop these children in the lord. They are dismissed from Adult Worship after communion, during the children's dismissal song. It is for 4th grade down to kindergarten.

Nursery is available for the younger children during the entire worship service. Manned by loving ladies from our congregation.
